The Election Management and Strategy is a key area where we aspire to work, create some impact and make a name. To run the program we have created a Team composed of MBA graduates, Engineers, Techies, Lawyers, and other professionals. The team will help and support candidates affiliated and associated with Yuva Sadan during elections. The team will run campaigns, make political strategy, do election planning and management for the candidates and further implement programs for them on ground.  

The key responsibility area (KRA): Issue Identification, Manifesto Designing, Slogans and Catchy lines, Fundraising and Resource mobilization, Campaign Designing, Target Group Identification, Team Building, Voter Connect Program and Social Media Management.
